These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the easymix platform, an artificial intelligence-powered automated audio mixing and mastering service, available online at https://easymix.io. Any use of the Service, including mere browsing, constitutes full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
easymix is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables users to:
The quality of the result depends directly on the quality of the source files uploaded by the user. easymix cannot guarantee an identical result for all source files.
Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. The user undertakes to:
easymix reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
easymix offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Current prices are displayed on the page https://easymix.io/#tarifs.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, on a recurring and automatic basis, via the payment provider Stripe. By subscribing, the user expressly authorizes automatic payment.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless previously cancelled by the user.
easymix reserves the right to change its prices. The user will be informed of any change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account area or by contacting support@easymix.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Access to the Service is maintained until that date.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content whose performance has begun before the expiry of the withdrawal period, with the consumer's prior express consent. By subscribing to easymix and beginning to use the Service (uploading files, generating a mix or master), the user expressly and unequivocally acknowledges: - That performance of the Service began immediately after subscription - That they irrevocably waive their 14-day right of withdrawal - That they were informed of this waiver before subscribing
Except where required by mandatory law or in the event of a proven technical malfunction attributable to easymix, no refund will be granted once the Service has been used (that is, as soon as a file has been uploaded or a mix/master has been generated).
easymix may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund in the following cases: - A serious and persistent technical malfunction preventing any use of the Service, documented and reported within 48 hours of subscription - Proven double billing
Any refund request must be sent to support@easymix.io with the following information: name, email address used to subscribe, subscription date, and a description of the reason.
The user retains all intellectual property rights in the files they upload to the Service.
By uploading their files, the user grants easymix a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and temporary license solely for: - The technical processing of the files in order to perform the Service - The temporary storage necessary for operation - The improvement of algorithms (anonymized data only) This license terminates as soon as the files are deleted by the user or the account is closed.
It is strictly prohibited to upload: - Files protected by copyright without authorization - Unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties - Files containing malicious software
easymix claims no rights over its users' creations. Music rights belong entirely to the user.
easymix is a mixing assistance platform. The results obtained depend directly on the quality of the source files provided by the user. easymix does not guarantee a professional result for all file types.
easymix shall not be held liable for: - Insufficient quality of results due to poor-quality source tracks - Data loss resulting from an interruption of the Service - Indirect, intangible, or consequential damages - Temporary interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons
In any event, the liability of easymix shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
easymix endeavors to keep the Service accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. easymix shall not be held liable for the consequences of temporary unavailability.
All elements making up the easymix Service (interface, algorithms, source code, trademark, logo, text, visuals) are the exclusive property of easymix and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://easymix.io/privacy. By using the Service, the user accepts this policy.
The Service uses cookies for analytics purposes and to improve the user experience. The user may configure their browser to refuse cookies, which may affect certain features.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
easymix reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
